Purpose. The purpose of the Ghana Diaspora Advocacy And Resource (GDAAR) Foundation is to promote the well-being of Diasporas living in , relocating or visiting Ghana, Ghanaians living in the diaspora and to advocate for their rights and interests. The Foundation will achieve this purpose by providing information, resources, and support to Diasporas living in , relocating or visiting Ghana, Ghanaians living abroad.
Membership. Membership in the GDAAR Foundation is open to all Diasporas living in , relocating or visiting Ghana, Ghanaians living in the diaspora. Members are entitled to all the benefits and privileges of membership, including but not limited to:
The right to vote on matters affecting the Foundation
The right to hold office in the Foundation
The right to participate in Foundation activities
The right to receive information and updates from the Foundation
Benefits. The GDAAR Foundation offers a variety of benefits to its members, including:
Access to a network of Ghanaians living abroad
Information and resources on Ghanaian culture and society
Support and advocacy for Ghanaians living abroad
Opportunities to participate in Foundation activities
Responsibilities. Members of the GDAAR Foundation are responsible for:
Adhering to the Foundation’s Bylaws and Code of Conduct
Participating in Foundation activities
Supporting the Foundation’s mission and goals
Termination of Membership. Membership in the GDAAR Foundation may be terminated for any of the following reasons:
Non-payment of dues
Breach of the Foundation’s Bylaws or Code of Conduct
Engaging in activities that are detrimental to the Foundation
Governance. The GDAAR Foundation is governed by a Board of Directors. The Board is responsible for setting the Foundation’s policies and procedures, overseeing its operations, and ensuring that it complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
Funding. The GDAAR Foundation is funded by membership dues, donations, and grants.
Amendments. These Terms & Conditions may be amended by the Board of Directors at any time.
