Job Title: Part-time Program Manager

Job Type: Part-time (20 hours/week)

Location: Remote (with occasional travel to Accra, Ghana)

Job Description:

Are you a results-driven professional looking for a new challenge? Do you have a passion for community development and social impact? GDAAR Foundation, a dynamic organization serving the Global and Ghanaian Diasporas, is seeking a skilled Part-time Program Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

– Develop and manage program budgets and timelines

– Coordinate program activities and events

– Supervise program staff and volunteers

– Monitor and evaluate program progress and impact

– Report to the Executive Director and Board of Directors

– Collaborate with other teams to ensure program alignment and synergy

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Non-profit Management, Project Management, Social Sciences)

– At least 3 years of experience in program management or a related field

– Proven track record of success in managing programs and projects

– Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills

– Ability to work independently and remotely

– Experience with digital tools and platforms for communication, collaboration, and task management

– Passion for community development and social impact
