For Tourist:

When applying for a Ghana Visa on Arrival for tourism purposes, visitors are required to provide proof of accommodation. This can be in the form of a confirmed accommodation reservation, such as a hotel, hostel, or apartment booking, that includes the applicant’s name, dates, and accommodation address details.

It’s important to ensure that the accommodation reservation is valid for the duration of the visitor’s stay in Ghana, and that it provides sufficient information to satisfy the visa application requirements.

For Business:

When applying for a Ghana Visa on Arrival for business purposes, visitors are required to provide an invitation letter from a company, partner, or organization in Ghana. This letter should provide details of the purpose of the visit, the intended duration of the stay, and any other relevant information.

The invitation letter should be on official company or organization letterhead, and should be signed and stamped by an authorized representative. It should also include the contact details of the company or organization in Ghana, including their address, phone number, and email.

The notice should include the following information:

• Traveler’s full name
• Photocopy of the Passport
• Dates of arrival and departure
• Purpose of visit (brief description of role within Diaspora Affairs GH activities)
