No, a Ghana Visa on Arrival cannot be extended. If you need to stay in Ghana for a longer period, you will need to apply for a visa extension at a Ghanaian Immigration office or contact us.
To apply for a Ghana Visa on Arrival, you will need a valid passport, return or onward ticket, accommodation information, and a yellow fever vaccination certificate.
At least three (3) business days prior to intended travel, the traveler or a Diaspora Affairs Gh representative must submit a notice of intent to utilize the VOA program by filling the Form. This notification would be sent to ( Diaspora Affairs GH ).
Payment for the Visa on Arrival fee can be made with a credit card, debit card or a mobile money wallet through our payment platform
