As of July 1, 2016, Ghana introduced a visa on arrival system for citizens of African Union member states who are not visa-exempt. Travelers from these countries can obtain a visa upon arrival at the Kotoka International Airport in Accra for a fee of 200 dollars. The visa allows for a maximum stay of 30 days.
