Ghana has made significant progress in STEM education in recent years. The government has invested in improving the quality of STEM teaching, and there has been a growing emphasis on STEM in schools and universities. However, there is still much work to be done.

The GDAAR Foundation is a non-profit organization that is committed to supporting STEM education in Ghana. The foundation will work to reform STEM education by:

  • Providing professional development for STEM teachers
  • Developing STEM curriculum materials
  • Supporting STEM clubs and after-school programs
  • Advocating for STEM education policy

The GDAAR Foundation estimates that it will need $10 million over the next five years to execute its plans. This funding will be used to support the following activities:

  • Train 10,000 STEM teachers
  • Develop 100 new STEM curriculum materials
  • Support 100 STEM clubs and after-school programs
  • Advocate for STEM education policy at the national level

The GDAAR Foundation believes that these reforms will help to improve the quality of STEM education in Ghana and prepare students for the jobs of the future. The foundation is calling on individuals, businesses, and organizations to support its work.

How to Support the GDAAR Foundation

There are several ways to support the GDAAR Foundation:

  • Make a donation online at www.gdaarfoundation.org
  • Volunteer your time to help with STEM education activities
  • Advocate for STEM education policy in your community

The GDAAR Foundation is grateful for any support that it receives. Together, we can make a difference in the lives of Ghanaian students and help to build a brighter future for the country.

In addition to the funding that it will need, the GDAAR Foundation will also need the support of stakeholders from all sectors of society. This includes government officials, educators, business leaders, and parents. By working together, we can create a more equitable and inclusive STEM education system in Ghana.
